In many instances, the workforce does not have the soft skills required for employment. Thus, Workforce Division volunteers developed a list of behavior traits for employment called “Success Skills.” A one page poster and a business card handout, listing these traits, have been designed and distributed to Acadiana's future employees through area high schools. | | Current Issues | Currently Workforce Development is one of the hottest topics and highest priorities throughout the state.
